Recca Machinery is a professional weld-on hubs manufacture and supplier in China. Recca standard weld hubs are availble in steel or cast iron material with black oxiding or phosphating finish. 

What Are Weld-On Hubs?

Tapered bore welding hubs are made of C45 steel or HT250 and are drilled. Tapped and tapered holes  meet standard taper requirements and use with a taper bush in industry. The extended flange provides a convenient
means of welding the hubs into fan rotors, timing belt pulleys, plate sprockets, impellers, agitators and various other devices which must be firmly fastened to the shaft.

Type WM
The ‘WM’ Type Weld-on-Hub is designed for applications with a relatively high demand torque. The taper bore has a recess machined in the centre to prevent distortion of the taper when a heavy weld bead is applied.

The ‘WH” Type Weld-on-Hub is designed for applications with a relatively low torque, requiring only moderate weld strength. A heavy run of weld on the WH hub may cause some distortion of the taper bore.
